Absolutely disgusting
17-year old Pablo Antonio Avila-Banagas has been arrested after a fire truck witnessed him running over a disabled man in a wheelchair in a parking lot. The event was all captured on security video which you can watch below. The man is crossing the parking lot in his electric wheelchair and waves his hand at the Ram truck which then abruptly changes course and hits the man square on knocking him from his wheelchair and continuing to drive through the parking lot to the street dragging the wheelchair with him.

The events took place on September 3rd but the video is just now going viral on the internet. Pablo Antonio was not arrested until September 9th, almost a full week after the incident occurred. According to an article on Fox 7 the man in the wheelchair says he was trying to get the truck to slow down before he got ran over. The disabled man suffered lifethreatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
In the video we can see a fire truck casually driving past as the scene unfolds then making a sharp u-turn to aid the man who was hit.
Pablo Antonio Avila-Banagas was charged with Failure to Stop and Render Aid, Injury to a Disabled Person, Unlawful Carry of a Weapon, and Failure to Identify.
