Volunteer ex-Soliders from English speaking countries take on a Russian BTR
OPSEC Note: The location of the soliders in this video can be easily derived with digital mapping tools. We waited to post this until several days after the engagement was posted to social media in hopes that the soliders were no longer in the same area.
As the war in Ukraine rages on the volunteer members of the Ukraine Foreign Legion are lending their experience to help push the Russian army out of the country. Thousands of retired military volunteers from the USA, Canada, and United Kingdom flocked to the nation when they requested help against the overwhelming onslaught which the Russians staged for months and lied to the global community about.
While some videos have surfaced of soliders from English speaking countries operating in Ukraine, this is by far the most striking to emerge during the war. The soliders are hiding near the edge of a forest when they quickly emerge and open fire on the Russian BTR-80 with a MATADOR anti-tank missle. The video ends with drone footage of the strike.
